Wayne Jamison remembers Uncle Hobert talking about courting around BrushCreek in his younge r days. He was probably known most for developing amachine to process coconut. He develop ed a quick fre eze process topreserve the taste of fresh coconut. It was sold under several b rands butthe one I remember is "Southern Belle". For several years he operatedthe coconut pr ocessing plant and markete d the product in the area. Itwas also used as the prime ingredien t to the Driver's Coconut Cake whichwas a product of a local bakery in Lebanon, Tennessee.
