Individuals : Boleyn Mary
Wikipedia:
Mary Boleyn, also known as Lady Mary(c. 1499/1500 – 19 July 1543), was the sister of English queen Anne Boleyn, whose family enjoyed considerable influence during the reign of King Henry VIII.
ign of King Henry VIII.
Mary was one of the mistresses of Henry VIII for an unknown period of time. It has been rumoured that she bore two of the king's children, though Henry did not acknowledge either of them as he had acknowledged Henry FitzRoy, his son by another mistress, Elizabeth Blount. Mary was also rumoured to have been a mistress of Henry VIII's rival, King Francis I of France, for some period between 1515 and 1519.
cis
Mary Boleyn was married twice: in 1520 to William Carey, and again, secretly, in 1534, to William Stafford, a soldier from a good family but with few prospects. This secret marriage to a man considered beneath her station angered both King Henry VIII and her sister, Queen Anne, and resulted in Mary's banishment from the royal court. She died seven years later, having spent the remainder of her life in obscurity.

Individuals : Stephenson Martha Elizabeth
Information from Patricia Archer:
CONT
Descendants say that her name was Martha Elizabeth (Stephenson) Jameson. One problem I am having though is that Martha “Patsy” married Isaac J. Embry in Madison Co., KY. My Robert Jameson was living in that county at the time (1806). But the problem I am having is that the record itself shows that Elizabeth Jimmison gave her permission for her daughter to be married. So if the Nourse book is to be thought of as truth, Martha Elizabeth died while they were living in Logan Co., KY, and that Andrew died not long after. So why is Patsy marrying in Madison County? I suppose it could be possible that Martha Elizabeth did not die until after this wedding, but why is she giving permission for Patsy to marry and not the father Andrew? Andrew should have still been living since the wife died after him. In 1810 there is not an Andrew Jameson in a KY census that matches our Andrew. There is however, an Elizabeth Jameson living in Madison Co., KY.
Andrew Jameson in a KY
1810 Richmond, Madison, Kentucky
There is however, an Elizabeth Jameson
Males: 2- under 10; 2- 10 to 15
Females: 1- under10; 1- 10 to 15; 2- 16 to 25; 1- 26 to 44 (b. btw 1766 – 1784)
10; 2- 10 to 15
This Elizabeth appears to have 8 children, and is widowed by 1810.
tw 1766
If this is the Elizabeth “Jimmison” that gave permission for Patsy to marry Isaac Embry in 1806, then she appears to be a younger person than Martha Elizabeth Stephenson b.c. 1745 or earlier. This Elizabeth is only born about 1766 at the earliest. Andrew and Martha’s oldest daughters were born in 1765. So either this is just a different Elizabeth Jameson living in the county four years later, or Patsy is not the daughter of Andrew and Martha Elizabeth. And if that is the case, then maybe Melinda is not either. I don’t know enough yet to be sure of what to make of this. Everyone has them connected to Andrew and Martha though.
th. And if that is the case, then maybe Melinda

Individuals : Belcher Richard Jameson
Husband of Jane and son of Sarah (Jameson) and William Belcher, Jr.. It is not believed that he had any children and little is known of his family. The fragments that survive include one photograph, the frame of which had a small tag added ca. 1940 with "Uncle Richard Belcher" and on removing the photograph from the frame it is inscribed on the back "with R. J. Belcher's fondest love to his sister Sally." The second clue to his past is a silver cigar case, engraved with a crest and the initials "R.J.B., The Giaour, 1846." This cigar case was given to John Aliexander McArthur with a note from his mother on the back of one of her Tiffany calling cards, "Take this cigar case of your father's dear son..." Research at the New York City Public Libaray in the mid 1960's proved that the crest was the Belcher crest and that he was in the Royal Meath in India ca. 1846, which gives every reason to believe that this cigar case was his and that after his death his widow sent this as a keepsake to his sister in America, who in turn gave it to her son-in-law, John Cawley McArthur, hence the description on the note above. What connection if any of the popularity of orientalia at the time and Lord Byron's poem "The Giaour" written in 1813 may have to the use of the term is unknown. It is known that the term was in use to refer to "Christian British officers" in India local usage literal translation was "Christian infidel" while the anglo took the meaning to be closer to "hero."
