Elisha is the son of Hans Jacob(1788?)and Mary Sherrill....I have copies of census back to 1850 to show this the only other I have seen back past that is 1790 from Burke Co N.C. that also show this and then there is the pedigree's on here that show another Hans Jacob being the father of this Hans Jacob....and that the latter is from Rotterdam Holland.....Do you have more than this I have not listed all the brothers and sisters only the direct line I have the brothers and sisters and also have forward from John to me if you would like......?

Mrs. Ida Belle Andrews Sloan, aged 68 years, died at eight o'clock on the night of Dec. 11th, passing away at her home following a paralytic stroke on Dec. 10th. However she had been in ill health for a number of years. She is survived by her husband, Elder Isaac Newton Sloan, a Baptist minister of the Bransford section of Sumner County, where Mrs. Sloan had lived for a number of years; three sons, Harrison Sloan, of Rock Bridge, Sumner County; and Leslie and John Sloan, both of Indianapolis; one daughter, Mrs. Needie (should be Meadie) Shrum, also of Bransford; two brothers, Dave Andrews, of Westmoreland; and Joe Andrews, of Nashville; 14 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held at twelve o'clock Thursday at Eulia General Baptist church by Elder G. O. Templeton, followed with burial in the Eulia Cemetery. She was a profesed Christian, although she was not identified with any church. She was the daughter of H. A. and Susan Cothron Andrews and was a native of Macon County.
