Verble Nabors - Farmer and former security guard H. Verble Nabors of Route 1, Morrsion died of a lingering illness in River Park Hospital at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday. He was 60 years of age. A native of Warren County and member of the Church of Christ, he was married to the former Brownie Joyce Prater and was a son of the late James Tony Nabors and of Mrs. Ola Sue Morris Nabors of Gallatin. Besides his widow and mother he is survived by a daughter and three sons, Joyce Lawson of McMinnville, Steve of Manchester, Stanley of Tullahoma and Barry Nabors of Morrsion; a brother and sister, Morris Nabors of Greenville, KY, and Marg Anna Downs of Gallatin. Nine grandchildren also survive. Vernon Joines will conduct services in High's Chapel, the funeral home in charge, at 1 p.m. Friday. Interment will be in Bascom Cemetery at Vervilla.
